Feedback from Iceland

Hugrún Ösp Reynisdóttir, Head of Division at the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs in Iceland applied for funding for a group study visit to Estonia and Latvia in 2015: "We were very impressed of the Estonian X-road and we will look at the possibility to start a project where we will examine what we need to do to be able to adopt the Estonian X-road concept. The mobility programme is something that more public officials in the Nordic-Baltic countries should use. It gives people the opportunity to meet colleagues dealing with similar challenges. We have established good contacts so that communication in the future between the countries should be very fluent."
