The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration is administrated by the Nordic Council of Ministers' Office in Estonia. This mobility and network programme is an important instrument for developing the cooperation between the Nordic Council of Ministers and the governments of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania on an equal footing.
