Welcome to NB8-Grants!

The Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration is administrated by the Nordic Council of Ministers' Office Estonia.

The Nordic-Baltic mobility and network programmes are important instruments for developing the cooperation between the Nordic Council of Ministers and the governments of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania on an equal footing.

On-line meetings

In the complicated global pandemic situation it has been decided that activities of projects funded by the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration may be fulfilled also as on-line meetings. This new form of activity of on-line meetings is added to the programme Guidelines p.6. (Eligible forms of activity) to enable reaching the aims of the projects and to finalise all projects funded by the programme.

Project leaders who plan to arrange on-line meetings instead of study visits/network meetings may apply for changes in the budget of their project and include costs for rent of technical devices/meeting rooms/technical help for on-line meetings. All these proposed changes in the budgets of the respective projects will be checked and confirmed by the Management Body case by case.
