The grant programmes are administrated by the offices of the Nordic Council of Ministers' in Latvia and Estonia, respectively.
These joint mobility and network programmes are important instruments for developing the cooperation between the Nordic Council of Ministers and the governments of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania on an equal footing.

Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Public Administration 2019
Financial support to civil servants and other staff in the public sector to carry out study visits, internships, training or network activities. Annual budget approx. 270 000 Euro.
